With sensible use and BMS control, additional wear is small; heat and repeated 100% charges have a bigger impact than charger type.

2. Services

HarboCharge provides two-wheeler DC fast charging infrastructure accessible through partner applications. All charging sessions, payments, and receipts are handled through the respective partner apps using wallet or UPI payment methods.

3. Payments

All payments for charging services are processed through partner applications. Users must maintain sufficient balance in their app wallets or linked payment methods. Pricing is displayed in the partner apps and may vary by location and time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for properly connecting their vehicles to charging stations and monitoring the charging process. Users must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided at charging locations.

5. Liability

While we strive to maintain reliable charging infrastructure, HarboCharge is not liable for any damage to vehicles resulting from charging sessions. Users charge their vehicles at their own risk. We recommend following manufacturer guidelines for DC fast charging.

6. Host Program

Hosts who participate in our zero-investment charging station program agree to provide publicly accessible space for charging infrastructure. Terms specific to the host program are provided in separate host agreements.

7. Modifications

HarboCharge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
